Helps employee retention
- Simple, quick to install
- Less effort
- Healthier workers
Wearable like a backpack
But that's exactly what makes it easier for workers to lift and carry. Increases performance.
Up to 60% less effort needed
To substitute or assist the physical effort of the worker, reducing fatigue.
Increases safety
Helps to significantly reduce the number of accidents and injuries at work.
Affordable state-of-the-art
A major difficulty for manufacturing plants is to recruit and retain manpower and to maintain their health and safety. To relieve existing employees the solution is to use industrial exoskeletons.
How does it work?
There are several constructions, from the full, coat-like and backpack-like exoskeleton to the ones that are attached to the shoulders and arms. What they have in common is that they take some of the load off the spine and the skeletal muscles, or improve posture to avoid injury.
A few types of exoskeletons
Exoskeleton for supporting the back muscles
Halves the strain on the back muscles, reducing the pressure on the vertebrae during bending forward.
Exoskeleton for supporting the shoulder
Reduces the forces acting on the shoulder and the risk of shoulder injury. Increases productivity.
Exoskeleton that improves posture
The system reinforces correct posture. Reduces injuries from lifting heavy objects.
Versatile and light wear
Our engineers assess the types and difficulties of lifting and moving tasks at your plant, and they recommend the right exoskeleton for these. We also train your staff on how to use the appropriate type(s).
